Welcome Rider!

Please download our application for Learn to Ride Motorcycle Training School. A $100.00 deposit by cheque, cash, money-order or E transfer is required to reserve your spot. Cheques should be made out to Learn to Ride Ltd. This deposit is part of the total you will pay for the course. Please pay the deposit within 10 days of receiving the attached forms. If you are not able to keep your course date, please notify the office by phone or email as soon as possible. If your application is not received 14 days after you have received this package the course of your choosing may be forfeited unless other arrangements have been made.

Once your application and deposit is received, I will email you confirmation of receipt. Please keep this email and a full written receipt will be issued upon the course start date and final payment.

The classroom address is the Naden Conference room which is above the gym and pool on the base. The Gate to CFB Naden is off of Admiral's road. Take the next two rights after the gate. This will put you in front of the gym. Parking is available outside, please avoid the 2 hour parking stalls. The practical training will take place at Lot 10 at UVIC near the Cedar Hill X road and Gordon Head intersection. You can also google the visual arts building and phoenix theatre which are close by.

You will be contacted prior to the course for confirmation of attendance.

You must have your Class 6/8 learner’s license and be able to ride a bicycle by the course start date. If you require more information on this, please phone the office or go to www.icbc.com/licensing. As well you MUST book your own skills assessment as soon as you are booked on course. You can do this online at www.icbc.com

Your instructor is a serving member of the military. Should I be recalled for any reason, your funds will be refunded. This is a rare occurrence and has so far never occurred.

We train April to September. During rainy days, April and September dress warmly! We will supply hot chocolate on cold days. If your course is postponed due to weather, postponement will be until the next weekend or when weather allows. We shall communicate by email the plan to proceed.

Road Tests can be booked year round and the road conditions are appropriate (note: The Motor Vehicle Branch may cancel appointments because of the weather).
